Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday congratulated Kenya’s President-elect William Ruto and signalled continuity of Beijing’s policy for Nairobi.
And at the White House, Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre conveyed President Joe Biden’s congratulations to the Kenyan President-elect.
