Kenya is sending its highest-level delegation to the Russia-Africa Summit, unlike last time, when it assigned the role to the then ambassador in Moscow Benson Ogutu.
President William Ruto was on Tuesday expected to travel to Moscow to lead Kenya’s representation at the meeting of President Vladimir Putin and African leaders.
