Lack of courtrooms, judges frustrates search for justice in Rwanda

Commercial courts, created in 2008 to speed up the hearing of business related cases and protect investors are now bogged down by lack of courtrooms.

The courts are also faced with a shortage of judges in the appeals chamber, leading to a backlog of cases.
