Travellers entering Uganda no longer need to present a yellow fever vaccination certificate, in a move that removes a long-standing entry requirement for visitors to the country.

The Directorate of Citizenship and Immigration Control (DCIC), under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, said the certificate is no longer listed among the requirements on Uganda’s electronic visa application portal or on the website of the National Citizenship and Immigration Control (NCIC).
