DRC crisis: France seeks to bridge Kigali-Kinshasa divide

By stepping into the escalating humanitarian crisis in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), France may have created an opportunity to engage Rwanda and other key stakeholders involved in the conflict across the Great Lakes region.

The Paris initiative aims to encourage Kinshasa and Kigali to address their unresolved tensions and pave the way for peace in this volatile area.
