Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni says he supports the Dangote East Africa Refinery, but his country will not be taking any stake in it as it seeks to establish its own facility in the oil-rich Albertine Graben.

Museveni was among four African heads of state and government who joined President William Ruto and Nigerian industrialist Aliko Dangote in Lamu on Wednesday for the groundbreaking of the $16 billion.
