Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan arrived in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on Monday seeking what her office described as structured collaboration with her hosts.
It was her first foreign trip since a chaotic general election three months ago that was marked by deadly violence and cast a long shadow over Tanzania’s international reputation.
