A High Court judge in Uganda has declined a request by lawyers representing opposition figure Dr Kizza Besigye to have him transferred from Luzira Prison to a medical facility of his choice.
Instead, Justice Emmanuel granted a longer adjournment to allow Dr Besigye to appear physically in court.
