Rwanda has renewed calls for the arrest and prosecution of suspects linked to the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi who are living abroad.

As Rwandans marked the start of the annual Kwibuka commemoration on Tuesday, President Paul Kagame said justice for victims remains incomplete as long as alleged perpetrators evade accountability in foreign countries.
