The Kigali-based Africa School of Governance (ASG) just concluded its inaugural “Africa Mindset Reset Forum: From Pan-Africanism to Meta-Africanism.”
It was a full hall, dripping with colourful, youthful, and sometimes unruly African energy, right to the back. They were eager, keen, and sometimes loudly impatient with the political class that has ruined their inheritance or is delaying its handover. And there was loud song and dance.
